Assembly based on original English images of the new version of the Windows 11 Pro VL x64 operating system from Microsoft with additional material in the 1st installation image. The installation is completely standard “manually” with a choice of OS installation parameters. Integrated: a program for returning to the system the familiar buttons and Start menu, gadgets for the desktop, additional themes and desktop pictures, updates, etc. The assembly is intended for those who want to get a system with the ability to design it to their taste and get increased confidentiality. The assembly includes unblocking installation on unsupported computers and installation with the Internet turned off.

Computer for system:

• Processor: Modern dual-core x64 (amd64) processor 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster;
• RAM: 4 GB;
• Hard disk space: 64 GB;
• Video card: DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver;
• Security: UEFI, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 (bypass);
• Display: 1366×768 pixels.

For ease of use, minor changes have been made to the OS image:
– implemented bypass according to system requirements both during a “clean” installation and by updating;
– OS component .NetFramework 3.5 (2.0 and 3.0 inclusive) is running, required by some legacy programs,
– SMB 1.0 OS component is running, required by some older networks,
– show “My Computer” on the desktop,
– an additional submenu “Personalization+” has been added to the desktop menu

for working with classic appearance settings windows and the “Settings Panel” submenu

for quick access to computer settings;
– in the “file” menu added “open file with notepad”, “move to…”, “copy to…”;
– Added “Device Manager” to the “computer” menu;
– show hidden files and folders;
– show file extension;
– the home page of the author of the assembly has been added to browsers;
– transparency of the bottom panel is enabled (depending on the enabled theme);
– added additional background pictures for the desktop;
– added additional desktop themes;
– added additional gadgets.
• Disabled: Windows Defender, automatic updates, User Account Control (UAC), “News and Interests” and SmartScreen (for more details, see the notes on the assembly, paragraph 9).
• Disabled (optimized) hibernation and OneDrive.
• Cortana and Copilot are disabled because they do not work in the English version.
• Made some minor adjustments to user privacy. (see assembly notes, paragraph 9).

All changes in the assembly, registry tweaks, and additions of material were made only by legal and MS-recommended DISM and Windows ADK tools. Applications are installed using the post-install method by the internal OS installer. The assembly was not created in audit mode and no third-party, “left-handed” tools were used when creating the assembly. The assembly is completely transparent and available for control, viewing and editing. All material added to the system is located in one folder and anyone can view it.
Also, additional material for self-installation has been added to the installation DVD image.

Additional material:
After installing the system, folders with additional material will be created on the system drive C:.
• The “Activators” folder contains several different activators for this system.
• The “Avatars” folder contains user avatars.
• The Patches_FIX folder has been added to the desktop with system patches, tweaks to enable SmartScreen, UAC, hibernation, telemetry, returning the standard 11th menu, enabling automatic updates and Windows Defender, installing OneDrive. The folder contains a help file for those who find it difficult to choose. The AntiSpy folder contains the ShutUp10++ antispyware program.
Also in the installation DVD image itself there are added programs for creating a flash drive, a program for determining the style of discs, a poster and a cover for the DVD. You can extract the material by mounting the image on a virtual disk drive or with any archiver, and of course from the installation media.

Note: All additional material is intended for self-installation at your request.

Differences from previous versions of the assembly:
1. The build is based on the official final images of Microsoft WIN11 23H2 released in October 2023.
2. Integrated system updates as of March 12, 2024 (new)
3. The Edge browser has been updated to the latest version of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium. Added Google Chrome and Yandex browser. (new)
4. Automatically installed programs have been replaced with current versions (new).
5. New working activators have been added, tested as of March 2024 (new).
6. On the desktop, registry tweaks have been added to the Patches_FIX folder for those who want to return some disabled functions and settings to their original state.
7. Added new desktop themes and several new gadgets. Some desktop themes have been updated to take into account the new OS “dark style” feature. (new)
8. Disabled: telemetry (sending reports and diagnostic data), automatic downloading of advertising games, background blur upon entry, reserved storage. “System Protection” is enabled (creating restore points) already at the initial stage.
9. The installation system image file install.wim is compressed as much as possible to reduce its size.
10. Programs for creating a flash drive have been added to the installation image, see screenshots.
11. A “Personalization+” submenu has been added to the desktop menu for working with classic design settings windows (See screenshots) and a “Settings Panel” submenu for quick access to computer settings.
12. Disabled: Windows Defender, automatic updates, User Account Control (UAC), SmartScreen, hibernation, News and Interests (shortcut only), OneDrive. A small adjustment has been made to user privacy. (new)

System activation:
To activate the system, use your license or consider purchasing one. If you are not satisfied with this option, use the alternative. After installing the OS, a folder “Activators” will be created on the system disk, where you can find a selection of tools for activating the system. I recommend using the automatic KMS activator AAct Portable or KMSAutoLite.

Be sure to add the folder to the list of trusted folders in your antivirus and defender settings. In the folder with activators there is a help file for those having difficulties with the activation procedure.
1. Disable the antivirus if Windows Defender is also installed (required).
2. Open the “Activators” folder on the system drive (C:) or follow the link on the desktop.
3. Run the file “KMSAuto” from the KMSAutoLite folder or “AAct_x64” from AAct Portable.
4. Activate.
5. Reboot and after reboot we check the result.
6. If unsuccessful, try other activation methods from the material presented.
• Note: • system activation is possible with KMS activators for 180 days with subsequent reactivation in manual or automatic mode. Additionally, the activator can create a schedule for automatic periodic activation of the system, so as not to worry about activation in the future (add it to trusted programs in your antivirus). Sometimes, after installing drivers or some programs, activation may fail, check and, if necessary, carry out the procedure again with another activator from those presented in the folder. Be sure to disable your antivirus when activating the system, creating a bootable USB flash drive, and burning a DVD. Do not delete the folder with activators, activators will still be needed. For more detailed information, the folder with activators contains a help file and pictures with instructions.
Users who have their own RET (OEM) key for prof. editors can activate it, but first, before installing the system, you must delete 2 files from the sources folder, EI.CFG and pid.txt from the image or directly from the installation flash drive.
