Windows 11 Compact 23H2 22631.3007 by Flibustier

Windows 11 Compact is the best Lite build of 2024. Flibustier did not create this iso image, but suggested creating it yourself by posting the launcher and install.esd (that is, the main system image). In addition, Flibustier offered add-ons – Calculator, Scissors and Paint (to install them yourself), but we did it better and built them right into the system image. Flib also suggested a tweak (to make it possible to add Components), and we also immediately built it into the system. The activator was also replaced with MAS HWID/KMS38 (as it was before – but with a new version) – instead of W10-Digital (which Malwarebytes complains about).

Cut components in Windows 11 Compact 23H2
• Removed: all tiles, WinRe.wim, performance assessment, Bitlocker, Security Center, Defender, SmartScreen, telemetry, Hello-Face, fingerprinting, Maps, Biometry, face recognition, InputMethod, as well as Holographic, PPI Projection, Migration, QuickAssist, IME, MigWiz. Additional text services (recognition, spelling, manuscript) are also cut out.
• Removed System Components that are rarely used by users (see screenshots of Windows Components). At the same time, you retain the ability to add the Component you need (from among the available ones).

System settings and important features
• Surveillance, unnecessary diagnostics, and reports are prohibited. No extraneous logs are kept, garbage background processes have been removed, everything is optimized for maximum performance and comfort. There are also no unnecessary notifications, no performance evaluation + other unwanted Scheduler tasks are disabled.
• The system will pass sfc /scannow, the interface has been improved, built-in – Paint, Calculator, Yandex browser, Scissors + standard Viewer included.
• Many tweaks have been applied to make the system work optimally and quickly. In addition, you can also check the necessary options in the launcher to further improve this fantastic build.

Activation Features
• As already mentioned, the Flib activator was replaced with the better MAS HWID/KMS38 (so that Malwarebytes does not swear). The activator is written as standard in the scripts for the launcher, but after installation is complete, it still asks whether to activate or not, and does not do this in the background. Therefore, if you check “Activate” in the launcher, then at the end of the installation the MAS activator window will appear and it will ask for confirmation that you want to activate.
