Updated build of Windows 10 LTSB 1607 by LeX_6000

The famous build of Windows 10 LTSB by LeX_6000 updated until February 2024 inclusive. The activator was also replaced with a secure MAS KMS38 and system add-ons were updated. No more changes! The system has been updated until the second Tuesday of February 2024 (Microsoft Patch Tuesday. A couple more minor updates (Intel microcodes and the Framework security update can be installed from the Update Center).

How the most famous build was updated by LeX_6000
• A recent service stack update and a major, current security update have been downloaded. Then they were integrated into the mounted image using Dism.
• Activator replaced! KMS38 (MAS) is a better and safer option, not the KMS Offline that was in the original build. User safety comes first.
• Installed a fast and modern browser from Yandex.
• The game add-ons proposed by LeX_6000 in its build have become slightly outdated in version (this applies to VC++ libraries). Therefore, a more recent installer was added.
• Building LTSB takes a relatively long time only because WinSxS on a mounted image cannot be cleaned correctly due to pending tasks. But after installation, you can thoroughly clean the system after updates using Dism.
• All assembly update procedures were carried out without audit.

Recommendations
• LeX_6000 recommended installing the system without the Internet, and then rebooting it after installation. But during the tests, the assembly was tested without all these conditions, it automatically pulled up and installed the drivers (and it took much longer than on 22H2). You should always remember about the long auto-installation of drivers on LTSB, and if you use it, be patient until all the drivers are installed.
• Folders on the Desktop are numbered. Use the activator, then the AutoSettings script, and so on according to numbering. Run the activator only as Administrator. In the AutoSettings script, we recommend applying all settings at once.
• UAC is enabled in the build, but for comfort in games/file operations you can disable it, however, this will reduce security.
• After the assembly is completely installed and configured, we recommend turning off Windows Update. The fresh build of 2024 will not be outdated for a long time (from the point of view of stability and system security).

Recording to media:
• I recommend using Rufus >>> as the most suitable program for such purposes.
