Treatment procedure:
1. Open a command line (as administrator).
2. Enter notepad C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts and press Enter.
3. Add to the opened hosts file:

And save the changes.

Install PowerDVD 23 (Do not launch after installation is complete)

Launch Reg.reg and agree to the changes

Haven’t installed it side by side with version 22, so not sure if it works with v22 installed side by side. Cleaned up v21 installation as well as leftovers before installing brand new version.
